Join us for VLT’s annual summer farm tour series! Throughout the growing season, we’ll host monthly farm tours to showcase conservation-minded producers from around the state. Each tour will highlight the incredible work of one farming team and give the public a chance to learn about how they steward the land while producing some of the finest food and farm products around.

Flying Dog Farm is a certified organic livestock farm in Tunbridge raising certified organic 100% grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and 100% grass-fed lamb with a strong commitment to humane animal care and regenerative practices. Shona Sanford-Long and Hugo Yanez Juarez started the farm in spring 2020, building on their shared passion for sustainable agriculture and high-quality food. In 2021, they moved to the historic Holstein Stock Farm as the first tenant of the newly formed White River Land Collaborative, of which Shona is a founding partner. They sell directly to customers through shares, markets, and their farm store.

Please note that ticket sales will begin 90 days prior to the event.
