We are seeking a proven fundraising leader with a passion for Vermont and strengthening ties between land and lives. You will bring senior-level fundraising or nonprofit marketing experience, excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, and an analytic approach to help us engage supporters and grow revenue.

Core areas of responsibility include:

  • Establishing annual fundraising goals using data and insight to meet organizational needs.
  • Lead efforts to cultivate, solicit, and move individual donors to higher levels of giving
  • Co-manage community conservation fundraising campaigns

We offer an annual starting salary of 76,520 with a generous compensation package and work environment that values communication, innovation, learning, and growth.
